These Terms of Service govern all acquisitions, private salon appointments, bespoke commissions, and digital interactions with BELFLOU (Pvt.) Ltd. (“Belflou,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our digital platforms, engaging with our private client advisors, or commissioning atelier pieces, you agree to comply with and be bound by these comprehensive terms and conditions.

1. Client Eligibility and Accounts

To acquire bespoke creations or interact with our private appointment network, you must meet our client eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal capacity under Pakistani law to enter into binding commercial contracts.
• Clients creating a digital profile must provide accurate, current, and complete personal and billing information.
• Belflou reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel acquisition requests at our sole discretion.

2. Bespoke Orders, Craftsmanship & Availability

Due to the rare, handcrafted nature of our garments and leather goods, availability is strictly limited:

• Ready-to-wear atelier items typically dispatch within 24 hours of payment verification.
• Bespoke commissions require specific crafting timeframes and fitting sessions agreed upon during your private consultation.
• Minor variations in texture, grain, or finish are natural characteristics of rare, heritage-grade materials and do not constitute defects.
• All custom measurements and sartorial specifications remain archived within our secure Lahore atelier database for future client commissions.

3. Pricing, Currency and Taxation

Financial transactions with the Maison adhere to strict institutional banking standards:

• All pricing displayed on our private digital platforms is quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified, and is subject to change without prior notice.
• International acquisitions may be subject to local import duties, customs clearance fees, and Value Added Tax (VAT), which remain the sole responsibility of the client.
• We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on our platforms prior to confirming an acquisition request.

4. Secure Payments and Financial Compliance

To ensure the highest level of security for high-value acquisitions:

• Payments must be executed through approved secure institutional gateways or direct wire transfers to Belflou corporate accounts.
• All transactions are subject to internal anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) verification protocols.
• Ownership of any physical piece remains with BELFLOU (Pvt.) Ltd. until full and final settlement of funds has been confirmed.

5. Insured Worldwide Delivery

Logistics for our private clientele are handled with absolute care and discretion:

• All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage in transit up to the full acquisition value.
• Deliveries require an adult signature upon receipt; packages will not be left unattended under any circumstances.
• Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guideline; unexpected customs or atelier delays do not constitute grounds for contract cancellation.

6. Returns, Exchanges and Bespoke Exclusions

Due to the exclusive and personalized nature of our inventory:

• Ready-to-wear items in pristine, unworn condition with original seals intact may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
• Bespoke commissions, custom-tailored garments, and personalized leather goods are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded due to their individual customization.
• Complimentary alterations for bespoke pieces may be requested within 30 days of delivery through our private salons.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content across Belflou platforms is protected by international copyright and trademark laws:

• The trademarks, logos, service marks, designs, imagery, and proprietary code displayed on our platform are the registered property of BELFLOU (Pvt.) Ltd.
• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Belflou asset is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, BELFLOU (Pvt.) Ltd. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, website downtime, or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to an acquisition shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for that specific item.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All commercial transactions, private client relations, and legal disputes arising from or related to BELFLOU (Pvt.) Ltd. services shall be governed exclusively by the substantive laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any formal legal action or proceeding must be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
