You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of package delivery. All items must remain unworn, unaltered, and with original tags attached.

Original Packaging Requirement
To ensure safe transit back to our Lahore atelier, items must be returned in their original Belflou presentation box, including all dust bags and authenticity cards.
